My Thesis seeks to create a new architectural language that is uniquely Nigerian developed by delving into the historical layers embedded within the urban fabric by addressing the ongoing imprint of colonization and reintroducing traditional practices and cultures into Lagos City, to create an external expression of architectural elements that can act as a cultural identifier.
